Joe Wilson, Real Estate Director, Delmarva Home Relief

Joe Wilson has been active in real estate since 2009. Our board values Joe's experience in real estate and has used his knowledge to advance our real estate marketing platform designed to help real estate brokers and agents market their listings and promote their brand. Joe currently works with Condominium Realty, LTD the in Ocean City, MD real estate market and surrounding areas.

 

Our Advisory Board

Carol Coren, Partner at Cornerstone Consultants

Carol Coren is a business development specialist with expertise in asset development, management consulting, marketing, and the food industry. She has started two US Treasury certified Community Development Financial Institutions and conducted regional branding campaigns for arts and cultural organizations and women's social services.

Carol Coren advises the board of directors in areas having to do with our project's work as a social enterprise by Cornerstone Consultants, LLC, a division of Conerstone Ventures. Cornerstone Ventures is a business development organization with experience in community development finance and impact investments. Carol's recently helped our board with our affordable housing project, "The Relevium Project", which used a Regulation D 506(c) public offering to raise capitol to help distressed homeowners find new affordable housing.
